How do I order a Blue Rabbit climbing frame?
To order a Blue Rabbit climbing frame you can either order online through our website or place your order with one of our team over the phone. All online payments are 100% secure and processed by either SagePay or Paypal, depending on which method you select on check out. How long does delivery take?
All Blue Rabbit Climbing Frames have free UK Delivery, please allow 6-9 days for delivery from when your order is processed. Delivery times may vary with seasonal demand.
Where do you deliver to?
We can deliver Blue Rabbit climbing frames across mainland UK (except Scottish Highlands & Islands). We are unable to deliver to Northern Island. If you are in Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Southern Ireland or Scilly Isles we are more than happy to deliver to a UK port for you, and you can arrange delivery from there. Please contact us for more details.
How much is delivery?
All Blue Rabbit climbing frames come with free UK delivery. However, modules and accessories do incur a delivery charge. These delivery costs are shown on checkout. If you are purchasing any accessories or modules at the same time as a Blue Rabbit climbing frame then the whole order will qualify for free delivery.
Is the timber pre-cut?
We will provide you with all the required, pre cut, timber for your Blue Rabbit climbing frame. You will just need to drill your own drill holes. The timber is round edged treated timber to ensure safety and longevity.
Is the climbing frame timber treated?
Yes, all of the timber on the Blue Rabbit climbing frame range has been pressure treated and is safe for domestic use.
Does the timber come with a guarantee?
All Blue Rabbit timber comes, as standard, with a 10 year anti rot and anti infestation guarantee. Please just make sure your climbing frame is installed correctly as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. Failure to do this correctly will invalidate the guarantee. Please note that as timber is a natural product colour changes, crack and knots in the wood are perfectly normal. These changes are due to the elements and do not in any way affect the stability of your climbing frame. Blue Rabbit climbing frames are for domestic use only.
What age range are Blue Rabbit climbing frames targeted at?
Blue Rabbit climbing frames are aimed at children from 3-10 years. The swings meet European Standards and can hold up to 70kg (they are tested up to 200kg). We suggest that you use a common sense approach to using the swings and climbing frame, and if you can fit on them, then they will generally hold your weight.
Are they easy to install?
All Blue Rabbit climbing frames are aimed at the DIY market so you will be able to build the climbing frame yourself. All timber, fixings and instructions are provided. We do however, suggest that it is a two man job.
Can you build the climbing frame for me?
If you have neither the time or inclination to build the climbing frame yourself we are here to help. Just give us a call and we will be happy to recommend a professional installer who can install the climbing frame for you.
How do I fix the climbing frames to the ground?
All Blue Rabbit climbing frames come with ground anchors as standard. These fix your climbing frame to the ground. For a belt and braces approach we suggest you concrete these anchors into the ground. This does not prevent you from dismantling your climbing frame, if you were to move house (you would just need to purchase new ground anchors)
What are the slide colours?
You can choose the slide colour when you order your Blue Rabbit climbing frame. The choices are either green, red, blue or yellow.

As a buyer you are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, which gives you the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen working days after the day you receive the item. If you wish to cancel your purchase please contact via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone us on 0115 9893597. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. You must return the item in the same condition as it was received i.e it must be in the original, unopened packaging. You can not return a product once it has been built. It is your responsibility to ensure that your returned item/s are in appropriate protective packaging.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item is being returned because it is defective,or it was damaged in the post please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
Any refunds will be issued back via the method that you paid us with, once the item has been received. Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for this to be processed and the money to be shown in your account.
